The yield strength of this steel is not less than 250MPa, and the tensile strength ranges from 400MPa to 550MPa. A36 hot rolled steel plate has good toughness, high tensile strength and yield strength, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as structural steel, bridges, ships, coal mines, and machinery manufacturing.     ASTM A36 hot rolled steel plate has excellent mechanical properties with high strength, high toughness, good plasticity and machinability. It has a tensile strength of 160ksi (1150MPa), a yield strength of 145ksi (1050MPa), an elongation of 22 per cent (2 inch scale) and a section shrinkage of 45 percent.     Process Flow

    Raw material selection: choose suitable carbon steel raw materials, and ensure that the raw materials meet the standards through analysis and laboratory instruments.

    Melting: the selected raw materials are put into the electric arc furnace or other melting equipment, heated to the melting point and then smelted, to remove inclusions and other impurities, to obtain a high purity, uniform structure of the liquid steel.

    Transition: The liquid steel is dumped from the furnace to the continuous casting machine, where the molten steel is cold condensed into slabs through continuous casting, and surface cleaning and deburring operations are carried out after various measures.

    Hot rolling: the slab is fed into the hot rolling mill, pressed and rolled in the temperature range of 550-1000 ℃, constantly changing the shape and size of the slab to get the required A36 steel plate.

    Surface treatment: After the production of A36 steel plate is completed, surface treatment is also needed, such as pickling, descaling, galvanising and other processes, so that the surface of A36 steel plate achieves a certain beauty and corrosion resistance.

    Qualified inspection: the production of completed A36 steel plate needs to undergo quality inspection, including appearance inspection, mechanical properties test, material chemical composition analysis and other aspects to determine the commodity qualification rate and data indicators.
