Carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), sulphur (S), phosphorus (P), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) elements, the specific values are: C 0.13%, Si 0.030%, Mn 0.60%, S 0.05%, P 0.020%, Cu 0.20%, Cr 0.20%, Ni 0.10%, Mo 0.05%.
