Production process of galvanized steel coil add boron
Material preparation: The chemical composition of the substrate needs to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the final product.
Surface treatment: The surface of the substrate is chemically treated to remove impurities such as oil and rust on the surface to ensure a clean surface.
Galvanizing: The treated substrate is immersed in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface.
Heat treatment: The galvanized steel sheet is heat treated, usually at around 500°C for alloying to generate an alloy layer of zinc and iron.
