Technical advantages

1. Triple protective coating technology
Using continuous hot-dip coating process (CGL), the zinc layer thickness of 30-275g/m² can be customized to meet the needs of different corrosive environments:
Outer layer: pure zinc protective layer (resistant to mechanical damage)
Middle layer: zinc-iron alloy layer (chemical stability)
Base layer: high-strength steel substrate (bearing core)
2. Intelligent surface treatment system
Surface finish: Ra≤0.8μm (in compliance with ISO 8503-2 standard)
Three appearances are available: no zinc spangles, small zinc spangles, and regular zinc spangles
Special chromate passivation treatment (in compliance with RoHS directive)



Anti-corrosion
The zinc coating can maintain an anti-rust effect for more than 50 years in normal atmospheric conditions.

Anti-oxidation
The cathodic protection of zinc can delay the oxidation of steel and extend its service life.

Technology
The hot-dip galvanizing process is equivalent to annealing the steel, improving the mechanical properties and eliminating welding stress.

Ductility
The coating has strong ductility, allowing cold stamping, bending and other processing without damaging the coating.
Thickness grading control
Differentiate the coating standards based on material thickness:

Testing and certification
Galvanized steel coil needs to pass salt spray tests, bending tests, etc. to verify the coating quality.
Hot dip galvanized steel coil needs to follow internationally recognized standards such as DIN EN ISO 1461 to enhance the global competitiveness of products.
Application

Construction Engineering
1. Structural frame: Galvanized steel plate is used for load-bearing structures such as beams, columns, and purlins, providing high-strength and corrosion-resistant support. Light steel keels, roof protection panels, water retaining panels and other components extend the life of the building and reduce maintenance costs.
2. Decoration and protection: Detailed components such as doors, windows, and stair handrails are both beautiful and functional. Curtain wall support and exterior wall covering materials are suitable for strong coastal winds or industrial corrosion environments.
1. Automobile manufacturing: body panels (such as ceilings, door panels), chassis components (front longitudinal beams, anti-collision bars), etc., use galvanized layers to resist road salt spray corrosion. Key parts such as fuel tanks and water tanks are galvanized to improve weather resistance.
2. Transportation infrastructure: bridge steel components, highway enclosures, etc., meet the needs of large-span load-bearing and long-term outdoor corrosion protection. Emergency bridges are modularly assembled, quickly built and adaptable to complex environments.
Industrial equipment
1. Heavy machinery: Steel frames of boiler rooms in power plants, crane beams in rolling mills, etc., which can withstand high temperatures, acidic environments and heavy loads. Containers, ship partitions, etc., can resist marine salt spray erosion.
2. Electricity and home appliances: Electrical cabinets and instrument panel shells, which can achieve electromagnetic shielding and anti-corrosion integration through galvanizing. The shells and internal reinforcements of home appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators can extend their service life.

1. Furniture and daily necessities: desk stands, shelves, etc., with both structural strength and lightweight characteristics. Sinks and kitchen utensils meet the rust-proof requirements in humid environments.
2. Public facilities: municipal facilities such as guardrails, street light poles, and trash cans, reducing the frequency of long-term maintenance. In the renovation of historical buildings, antique galvanized steel is used to achieve the integration of new and old structures.
