Application
Hot dipped Gi coil Astm A792 is primarily used in construction, metal roofing, wall panels, ceilings, insulation and other exterior or interior applications. Specific application scenarios include:
Construction: for building exteriors, roofs and interiors, providing good corrosion resistance and decorative effects.

Process
1. Surface treatment
Before hot dip galvanising, the surface of the steel coil must undergo a rigorous pre-treatment. This step involves cleaning and descaling to ensure the purity and flatness of the steel surface.
2. Hot dip galvanising
In this step, the steel coil is immersed in molten zinc, through a chemical reaction on the surface of the steel to form a solid layer of zinc-iron alloy.
3. Cooling and curing
During this stage, the galvanising layer is gradually cured and adheres to the steel surface by using the appropriate cooling method and speed. As a result of this process, hot-dip galvanized steel coils have a flat, smooth and corrosion-resistant surface that meets the needs of a wide range of applications.
