Z600 | 600 | Extremely corrosive environment |

Production Process
1. Raw material control and pretreatment
Raw material inspection---pickling and cleaning---surface pretreatment
2. Galvanizing process
Galvanizing treatment: Immerse the pretreated steel coil in molten zinc at 430-460℃, and control the thickness of the zinc layer by air knife to form a uniform coating.
Cooling and post-treatment: After galvanizing, the zinc layer is solidified by air cooling or water cooling. Some processes add chromic acid passivation steps to improve corrosion resistance.
3. Quality Inspection and Compliance Verification
Coating performance test: including zinc layer thickness measurement (zinc adhesion per unit area), bending test and salt spray resistance test.
Physical performance test: Test mechanical indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, etc. according to EN 10346 requirements to ensure compliance with specific grade parameters such as S350GD+Z and HX300BD+Z.
Documentation and certification: Generate technical documents including production process parameters and test reports to complete the compliance declaration required for CE certification.

Applications

Construction Industry
Structural Components: Hot dipped galvanized steel is Used in the manufacture of low-rise buildings, light steel thin-walled structures, sandwich panels, metal roof tiles, profiled panels and culvert pipes.
Supporting Components: Hot dipped Gl coil is used in the manufacture of auxiliary materials such as heat pipe linings, insulation systems, elevator components, PVC door and window reinforcement profiles and gypsum board European fasteners.
Automobile and Transportation
Body Parts: Manufacture of external maintenance parts and internal structural parts for public transportation (such as buses and trams), and also used for the production of interior and exterior trims for passenger cars.
Material Property Adaptation: High-strength steel under EN 10346 standard (such as S350GD+Z, HX180BD+Z) is suitable for complex stamping parts and welded structures due to its excellent processing performance.
Mechanical manufacturing and home appliances
Equipment housing: Manufacturing the housing and internal frame of electrical equipment and household appliances (such as dishwashers and refrigerators), relying on the anti-corrosion properties of the galvanized layer to extend the service life.
Precision parts: DX52D+ZF and other brands are suitable for the processing of metering devices, packaging equipment and instruments, meeting the needs of deep processing such as stamping and bending.

Photovoltaic and new energy
Photovoltaic modules: S350GD+Z, S320GD+Z and other brands of high yield strength (≥350MPa) galvanized coils are used for brackets, supporting components and photovoltaic equipment housings, taking into account corrosion resistance and structural stability.
