Pre-treatment stage: The cold rolled coil enters the aluminium-zinc plating workshop, passes through the uncoiler, and passes through the degreasing section and the reduction furnace, where it is cleaned and its components are reduced to a level where it can be galvanised.
Coating stage: The steel sheet enters the zinc pot and the surface is coated with a zinc layer. After coming out of the zinc pot, the excess zinc is blown off by compressed air to ensure a uniform thickness of the zinc layer. The steel plate is cooled and shaped by a cooling tower.
Post-treatment stage: The steel plate undergoes the processes of light finishing, drawing and straightening, passivation, etc., and is finally rolled onto a winder to form the final product.
