      Smelting Continuous Casting
      By smelting in a converter, the chemical composition, such as the content of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulphur, is controlled to meet the standard requirements of Q195 and Q235.     Mechanical properties: Q235 steel yield strength and tensile strength is higher, can withstand a certain amount of pressure and impact, which makes the Q235 wire rod is not easy to damage in the construction process, can maintain its structural stability. In contrast, Q195 steel has lower tensile strength and lower elongation, and its mechanical properties are relatively weak.     Q195 hot rolled steel wire is mainly used in the manufacture of ground bolts, ploughshares, smoke pipes, roofing panels, rivets, mild steel wires, sheet metal, welded pipes, tie rods, hooks, brackets, welded structures, and so on.
    Q235 mild steel wire, on the other hand, are generally used for construction purposes, including, but not limited to, building structures, bridges, house frames, etc. Q235 has higher yield and tensile strengths, and is able to withstand a certain amount of pressure and impact, which makes it more suitable for scenarios where it is required to withstand greater pressure and impact.
