About Steel Wire
The classification of steel wire rod for construction varies according to different applications and materials.
Wire rod for building is mainly divided into ordinary low carbon steel hot rolled round coil, high quality carbon steel coil, carbon welding rod coil, tempered thread coil, coil for wire rope making, coil for piano wire and stainless steel coil.

The production process of steel wire for construction includes a number of steps.
First, the billet is heated in a heating furnace to about 1100 degrees Celsius, then rolled through a roughing mill, followed by cooling using cold water, and then entered into a middle mill and a finishing mill for a second rolling.
Finally, the rolled pieces are spit into coiled mild wire rod through a spitting machine, and after cooling, they are beaten into coil shaped coils.
