Production process
Hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip galvanizing, is a metal surface treatment process.
In this process, zinc ingots are melted at high temperatures and certain auxiliary materials may be added. Subsequently, the steel sheet to be plated (here, the Z275 specification steel sheet) is immersed in a galvanizing tank to cover its surface with a uniform layer of zinc.
This zinc layer can effectively reduce the degree of corrosion of the steel substrate and improve its corrosion resistance.
