1. Super corrosion resistance
The ZM310 coating is rust-free for 3,000 hours in the salt spray test (ASTM B117 standard), which is a leap forward compared to traditional galvanized sheets (usually 500 hours).
2. Self-repair protection mechanism
When the coating is scratched by processing, magnesium ions will migrate to the damaged area to form a new protective layer (as shown in Figure 1). This feature is particularly suitable for scenes that are susceptible to mechanical damage, such as photovoltaic brackets and automobile chassis.
3. Wide-width processing adaptability
Supports cold bending, stamping, welding and other processing processes, with an elongation of ≥18% (GB/T 228.1 standard), meeting the needs of complex component forming. After actual testing, the bending radius can be as low as 0.5 times the thickness of the plate without coating shedding.


Although the initial purchase cost is 15%-20% higher than that of ordinary galvanized sheet, its service life is extended by more than 3 times (as shown in the comparison curve in Figure 2), which greatly reduces the cost of subsequent maintenance and replacement.

The production process adopts low-temperature coating process, which reduces energy consumption by 30%, and the coating does not contain harmful substances such as lead and chromium, which complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
