DC04 comparison with other grades and selection suggestions
DC04 vs DC03: DC03 is a general stamping grade with lower formability (especially elongation and r/n value) than DC04. For simple stamping parts, DC03 may be more cost-effective; but for complex deep-drawn parts, DC04 is a more reliable choice and can significantly reduce scrap rates.
