Galvalume steel coil PPGL AZ70
Galvalume Steel Coil
The surface of the galvalume steel coil has a unique smooth, flat and gor-geous star flower, and the base color is silver white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance.
-
Corrosion ResistanceThe corrosion resistance of galvalume sheet AZ70 is due to its aluminium-zinc alloy overlay treatment, which forms a dense layer of quaternary crystalline alloy plating on the surface of the steel sheet, consisting of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600 degrees Celsius. -
Oxide ProtectiveThis layer can form a dense oxide protective film, the steel plate to play a protective role, greatly extending the service life of the products. Compared with ordinary galvanised sheets, colour coated galvalume sheets have a stronger adhesion and a denser structure. -
Process PerformanceThe production process of galvalume sheets have been improved in recent decades and has become very mature. Due to a layer of aluminium with high purity on its surface, it has good fingerprint and graffiti resistance and will not change colour easily. -
EnvironmentallyAs an alloy, zinc aluminide does not produce harmful substances during the hot-dip plating process. It has a high purity aluminium layer on the surface, which has a high self-repairing ability and is corrosion-resistant for a long period of time in most environments, resulting in a longer lifespan.
Production processWhat do ?
