Raw material preparation
Raw materials such as iron ore, coke and limestone are crushed, screened and mixed, and then sent to the blast furnace for smelting to form pig iron with high carbon content. -

Steelmaking
Pig iron goes through the steelmaking process to remove the impurities and adjust the composition to get the steel that meets the requirements of hot rolled steel. -

Continuous casting
The steel obtained from steelmaking is continuously cast into billets by continuous casting machine. -

Rolling
Continuous casting billets are rolled for several times to form steel sheet piles with certain size and shape.

Finishing
After rolling, the steel sheet piling needs to undergo finishing treatment to improve their surface quality and dimensional accuracy. The finishing treatment includes straightening, shearing, punching, surface treatment and other processes. -

Inspection and Packing
The quality inspection of the produced steel sheet piles is carried out to ensure that they meet the design requirements and use standards. After passing the inspection, packaging and labelling will be carried out for transport and use.
