Prime Cold Rolled Steel Coil SPCC-SD
Prime Cold Rolled Steel Coil Spcc-Sd
CRC SPCC-SD has a twisted surface. A cold-rolled carbon steel coil is formed due to the elastic-plastic deformation caused by friction between the steel plate and the roll during cold rolling.
The twisted surface structure is characterized by a rough surface with a certain degree of anti-slip and coating adhesion. CRC coil SPCC-SD is suitable for use in areas such as equipment manufacturing and construction materials where anti-slip and adhesion are required.
Generally, cold rolled steel sheet in coil spcc-sd is used in environments that require increased slip resistance and coating adhesion, such as the manufacture of electrical enclosures, rock wool composite panels, and so on.

PROCESS OF COLD ROLLED STEEL SPCC-SD
Distinction between cold rolled glossy and linen surfaces
Glossy and pockmarked are different surface forms of cold rolled steel plates.
Glossy iron material using rolls are rolled directly after finishing by the grinder, the finished surface is as bright as a mirror.
Hemp surface material is also called single light material, rolls after finishing by the grinder, and then shot peening, rolled out the surface than the double bright to darker, visually there is a feeling of particles, in the microscope to see the particle sense is more obvious.
It is because of the granularity, the surface is not as flat as glossy material, and can store some of the rolling oil, so under the same parameters, the stamping performance of the linen material is better than glossy.
Scope of application
Cold rolled coil SPCC-SD use: Automotive, solar energy, metal products, household appliances, precision electronics, containers, machinery manufacturing, elevators, sanitary ware, rail transportation, pressure vessels, construction and decoration, nuclear power, catering and kitchen utensils, chemical equipment, daily appliances, structural pipe making.
